Here's an Economic Stimulus Package. The Iraq Government has been putting trillions of dollars of oil revenue into banks while letting the US pick up the tab for the war and rebuilding their infrastructure. We give them a bill for $1.5 trillion and use the money to hire Americans to rebuild the US infrastructure.
I was in a restaurant, just a little northwest of Minneapolis, Minnesota. I was really impressed by a young waitress named Courtney. Every time she can near me, she ask if everything was OK, but what really impressed me was her attention to service. She served a gentleman a few tables from me and asked him if he needed anything. He said no. She was almost back to the kitchen when he mumbled "Umm". She stopped right there, turned around and went back to see what he needed. You can always tell a good business from a poor one by its request for feedback and the attitude of the employees. This place was no exception. The service was wonderful and the food was great. Courtney is someone that given half a chance will make an unbelievable difference on the future. Good luck. Bill
If Mrs. Clinton is concerned about making decisions at 3:00 in the morning, then she shouldn't be running for President. Decisions made at 3:00am shouldn't be any different than your decisions at 3:00 in the afternoon. Its all based on experience, planning, training, knowledge, etc., etc. You need to be ready to go. I've got over 25 years of experience from the military, the police department, the fire department, Civil Air Patrol, First Responders, and Emergency Management. I've been called out numerous times in the middle of the night. I'm ready to go!!!
"Its a Wonderful Life", Obama is criticizing everyone that voted for the Iraq War. Based on the information that we had at the time, it was the right thing to do. The big mistakes were made after Saddam Hussein was captured. One of the biggest being disbanding the Iraq Army. They already had control of the country. We should have kept them in place, under our command. Instead they put all these soldiers out of work and they joined the opposition. No one knows what would have happened had we not gone to war against Saddam Hussein. Obama made the wrong decision, is taking credit for an unknown, and insulting everyone involved.
At this point having the Fed lower the interest rate to banks by 1.25 percentage points is ridiculous, especially when some banks are charging their customers close to 40%. This Fed rate cut only allows the banks to make more profit. What really needs to be done, is the banks need to lower their unreasonably high interest rates so people will have more money to pay their bills and purchase retail items. This will raise their credit scores allowing the banks to further reduce their interest rates making even more money available to working Americans and the economy.

I had the pleasure of watching a real American enjoying his work at the Popeye's in the TA Travel Center, near Savannah, GA. His name was Brian. He was extremely pleasant and told customers he would make them laugh before they left. He never failed. We need more workers like him.
Millionaire candidates do not appear to have any sense of the value of money. They charge hundreds of dollars for a meal and spend thousands moving around the country. I've been in 26 states plus Washington DC since I started my campaign on September 8, 2007, and have spent less then $1,000 on my campaign.
I would also like to commend Ty Pennington and everyone associated with ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition for improving the lives of American citizens.
I will recommend a global ban on nuclear energy, thereby eliminating the need for countries like Iran and North Korea to develop such a program. I will also recommend a global ban on fossil fuels to help start reversing the effects that it has caused. I will recommend the bans be in place in 10 years to allow for the conversion to electrical energy made from wind, sunlight, or moving water. Opponents will want 30 years, we will compromise on 20, and they will still delay it to 30.
If Mrs. Clinton becomes President, we will have over 24 years of two families running the country. George Bush Sr. (4 years), Bill Clinton (8 years), George W. Bush (8 years), this is 20 years so far. Now add Mrs. Clinton for 4 - 8 years, followed by Jeb Bush for 4 - 8 years by then Chelsea Clinton-Bush would be ready to take over. We might as well go back to royalty and a King and Queen.
I support Mrs. Clinton's and other's right to change their position on an issue like the war as things change. I also supported the war after 911, but now it is time to bring our troops home and let the UN Peacekeepers and private security contractors keep the peace. What bothers me are people who supported the war four years ago, support it today, and are promising to keep us in it 20 years from now.
In September 2007, I had to take a random drug test, so I can make money to pay taxes. I believe those who are collecting Welfare type "assistance" from taxpayers should also have to take drug tests before getting their money.
